Varun manufactures most of its products at its sophisticated plant in Vasai, Maharashtra.  Spread over 3,50,000 square feet the unit offers comprehensive manufacturing, packaging and warehousing facilities under a single roof.  Its proximity to land, sea and air routes complements the company’s impeccable logistics and supports timely deliveries.

As a step towards backward integration, the company has set up a Steel Re- Rolling plant in Jodhpur Rajasthan.  This unit supplies part of the company’s raw material requirements.

Very early in its operations the Management understood the need for diversification into profitable ventures like iron ore mining, petroleum and natural gas, wind energy , agro and other local and global collaborative businesses .  These initiatives are recent but the company is optimistic that the new business developments will take Varun to unimaginable heights of growth and sustained profitability.
